David Kenney Chief Executive Officer As Chief Executive Officer and founder of Efficient Forms, LLC and CollegeZapps, Dave provides corporate vision and plays an active and integral role in daily operations. Under his leadership, Efficient Forms produced a leading forms solution for the insurance industry which recently sold for 5.25 times revenue. Prior to founding Efficient Forms, Dave performed high-level finance and operations roles at The Quizno’s Corporation, Decisioneering, Inc. and Datanomix, Inc. He has also worked as a Certified Public Accountant. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Johns University in Minnesota and his Certified Public Accountant designation.
Prior to founding Efficient Forms, Hans was Vice President of Computer Operations for Datanomix, Inc. and Director of Information Technology for Citicorp Diners Club. Hans has nearly 25 years experience in the computer business and is well versed in almost every aspect of the computer industry. He boasts a strong background in computer security, networking, hardware, software and programming in various languages. Hans holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Concordia University in Illinois. Charles Von Thun Charies is the founder and President of PositiveWare LLC, publisher of the eponymous time tracking and performance management application. PositiveWare won the Colorado Software and Internet Association Apex Award in 2005. Prior to founding PositiveWare, Mr. Von Thun was the CEO of Decisioneering, Inc., a packaged software company. During his tenure at Decisioneering, Mr. Von Thun doubled sales to $7.3 million and led the company to profitability for seven consecutive quarters. Prior his appointment as CEO, Mr. Von Thun directed the development of CB Predictor, the most widely used time series forecasting software for Microsoft Excel. Decisioneering was subsequently sold to Hyperion Software.
After leaving Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1989 with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering, Charles joined United Engineers and Constructors serving as an analyst, air pollution control engineer and project engineer on various power and infrastructure projects in the US, South America and the Middle East. In 1994, Charles joined the Meneren Corporation as a founding partner and V.P. of Engineering. Over the next three years , Meneren was the program manager for the development of the Aden Container Terminal and supporting projects in the Republic of Yemen. Meneren was also the program manager for other private infrastructure projects in Kazakhstan and Colorado.
In 2003 Charles joined the board of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, has served as its Treasurer and is currently the President of the Board. Since 2005 Charles has served on the board of the Rockies Venture Club. Charles also serves on the boards of Rocky Mountain Ventures, a security products distributor, and Grandaisy Bakery, a New York chain of bakeries.
After relocating to Denver, Colorado, Todd worked in sales and marketing for Datanomix, Inc. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Social Science from University of California, Irvine. Todd actively participates in skiing, wakeboarding and mountain biking. Scot Talcott
As the Vice President of Marketing for Efficient Forms, Scot leads a dedicated team of sales and marketing professionals helping organizations — ranging from Travelers Insurance to The United Way — create efficiencies and reduce wasted resources. Equal parts geek and teacher — Scot is a leader in understanding, applying and evaluating technology solutions that can provide real impact. Scot is a social media, youth marketing and web-culture expert. Prior to joining Efficient Forms, Scot worked with countless companies and non-profit organizations — demonstrating new methods for working with and engaging today's young consumers. In 2004, Scot co-founded Catchwind, one of the first mobile marketing (wireless/cell phone marketing) agencies in the United States. |
