Though Efficient Forms continues to grow and prosper thanks to innovative products and services, the atmosphere remains relaxed and personal. Step into the EF office and you'll find dishes of candy around each corner, IT programmers sitting on yoga balls and someone playing Nintendo Wii during their lunch hour.

Efficient Forms celebrated the success of one of their subsidiaries, CollegeZapps, by hosting a bowling party at Lucky Strike in downtown Denver. Employees came together to take "red carpet" pictures, eat, laugh and bowl. Some of the workers brought their children and spouses and everyone divided into four teams to see who was the ultimate office athlete.
During the Fall, the EF group was invited to present at an innovative technology expo. Using the theme of "whipping" data into "tasty" forms, expo attendees were greeted by a tiki hut, complete with daiquiri machines, leis and a Bob Marley soundtrack. EF employees know their services inside and out and have fun while explaining them.
This past November, Efficient Forms celebrated technology in Colorado by hosting a "party suite" in Colorado Springs, complete with product demos and local Colorado foods and drinks. Of course, the suite wouldn't have been the same without a few competitive rounds of Nintendo Wii tennis (now the office signature).
On any day you many find the CollegeZapps team shooting a promotional video at their in-house studio or the Efficient Forms CEOs presenting a groundbreaking program to the state of Colorado. Efficient Forms employees work hard, but compensate with a quick game of Guitar Hero or a Mexican fiesta holiday party (complete with Pinata and taco bar).
The office recently gave over 400 lbs. of food to the Arvada Food Bank- delivered in a CollegeZapps company bus. Efficient Forms is proud to be a Colorado company and gives back to the state as much as possible through work with food banks, public schools and benefits offices.
