David Kenney
Chief Executive Officer and Founder

As Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Dave provides direction and vision to the Efficient Forms team and also maintains an active role in the day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, Efficient Forms presents unique solutions to multiple industries including insurance, financial services, and human resources.

Prior to Efficient Forms, Dave performed high-level finance and operation roles at The Quizno’s Corporation, Decisioneering, Inc. and Datanomix, Inc. and worked as a Certified Public Accountant.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Johns University in Minnesota and his Certified Public Accountant designation.

Todd Fenske
Vice President of Sales and Founder

As Vice President of Sales and Founder of Efficient Forms, Todd partners with CEO and Founder, Dave Kenney, to provide direction and vision to the Efficient Forms team. Todd maintains an active role in the day-to-day operation of Efficient Forms while placing heavy emphasis on recruitment and sales.

Prior to Efficient Forms, Todd was Vice President of The Armada Group in Santa Cruz, California and held a management position at First Interstate Bank in Los Angeles, California. After relocating to Denver, Colorado, Todd worked in sales and marketing for Mortgage Alliance Corporation and Datanomix, Inc.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Social Science from University of California, Irvine.

Todd actively participates in skiing, wakeboarding and mountain biking.

Mike Zaremba
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer for Efficient Forms, Mike leads the project management, production, and customer support teams and partners with other key business units to provide direction and vision to the Efficient Forms team.

Mike boasts impressive customer support experience, and under his leadership, Efficient Forms continues to streamline its operations to offer exemplary service and develop strong relationships to support business growth and retention.

Prior to Efficient Forms, Mike performed leadership roles at HP and Compaq / Digital Equipment Corporation. As a Service Support Manager, Mike maintained a 99 percent staff retention rate over five years through two corporate mergers, and with over 25 years of customer support experience, he has developed and grown multiple support teams.

Mike has an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Electrical Technology from Queensborough Community College, US-NY-Queens.

Doug Birch
Chief Technology Officer and Founder

As Chief Technology Officer and Founder, Doug provides direction and vision to Efficient Forms while placing heavy emphasis on product development and platform architecture.

Prior to Efficient Forms, Doug earned recognition as a successful software architect and technical leader while providing financial services, health care and enterprise solutions to companies such as American Express, First Data, WellPoint, Cargill, Alstom, Argos, Citibank and many others. With a background that includes stints as Chief Technology Officer, Head of Technology, Director of Development, Project Management and Director of Advanced Technologies, Doug brings a wide range of experience to the development of Efficient Forms technology. 

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Taylor University in Indiana and a Masters of Software Design and Development from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

Hans Eckelman
Chief Information Officer and Founder

As Chief Information Officer and Founder, Hans offers direction and vision to Efficient Forms while placing heavy emphasis on core technology development and workflow environments.

Prior to Efficient Forms, Hans was Vice President of Computer Operations for Datanomix, Inc. and Director of Information Technology for Citicorp Diners Club.

Hans has nearly 25 years in the computer business and is well versed in almost every aspect of the computer industry.  He boasts a strong background in computer security, networking, hardware, software and programming in various languages.

Hans holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Concordia University in Illinois.
